Do I have to install the array by myself? -------- Does the array have to be maintained? --------

Solar arrays generally require only limited maintenance. They contain no moving parts, bearings or other fragile components. However, it is advisable to check that energy yield levels are as they should be by regularly checking the meter that measures the solar-generated current being fed into the electricity grid, or else by compiling a performance summary using a computer/data logger in order to detect any possible malfunction in the array at the earliest possible stage.
